Wasim Jaffer: It was on this day that a terrorist attack took place on the capitalist city of India, Mumbai. The Taj Hotel in Mumbai was attacked by terrorists, in this attack 166 people were killed and more than 300 people were injured. Till now this is one of the biggest terrorist attack in India which is known as 26/11 and today it has been 14 years since that attack. The attack lasted for 3 days
The incident took place in 2008, with 10 members of Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), a Pakistani terrorist group entering Mumbai through the Arabian Sea, they attacked several places in the city including Taj Hotel, Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus and Nariman House. The attack began on 26 November and went on till 29 November, before several terrorists were either killed or captured by the defense personnel. But 26/11 incident is one of the biggest incidents ever.
