The constitution bench has raised questions on the speedy completion of the investigation and the appointment of the commissioner. The Attorney General appearing in the court on behalf of the Central Government says that he will answer everything. But he should be given a chance to speak in the court. Meanwhile, the government said that copies of the original file of the appointment should be handed over to the five judges.
