Governor of Bengal met PM Narendra Modi
Former IAS officer CV Anand Bose came to Kolkata this week to attend the swearing-in ceremony. A controversy had arisen regarding his oath ceremony. Due to not getting the right place, BJP leader Shubhendu Adhikari did not attend the oath ceremony, although later Shubhendu went and met him. After taking oath, he returned to Delhi today. CV Anand Bose was sworn in as Governor on 23 November

As a result, the chances of meeting him today are slim. On 17 November it was announced that former IAS officer CV Anand Bose is being appointed as the 22nd permanent Governor of West Bengal. His appointment letter was published from Rashtrapati Bhavan. After this, he took oath in Raj Bhavan on 23 November.
