Once again in Jharkhand, Chief Minister Hemant Soren’s difficulties will increase in the illegal mining case of more than 1,000 crores. Enforcement Directorate CM Hemant Soren ED office can be called on December 7 by issuing summons for re-questioning. According to information received from ED sources, instructions have also been given to submit the important documents which were demanded by ED during the interrogation of Chief Minister Hemant Soren on 17th November.
ED’s three member team reached Ranchi
Let us tell you that on November 17, Chief Minister Hemant Soren was questioned by the ED for about 10 hours in the office of the Enforcement Directorate, Ranchi, in the illegal mining case of Rs 1,000 crore in the state. A three-member team including Joint Director of ED specially came to Ranchi for questioning CM Soren.
Passbook and check recovered in the name of Hemant Soren
Passbooks and check books in the name of Hemant Soren were recovered by the ED during the raid conducted on July 8 at the residence of Chief Minister’s MLA representative Pankaj Mishra. Out of this, the signature of Chief Minister Hemant Soren was present on two cheques. During the interrogation on November 17, Chief Minister Hemant Soren refused to give any kind of political protection to his MLA representative in the illegal mining case. CM Soren had said during interrogation that if my MLA representative Pankaj Mishra is involved in illegal mining, then it is the responsibility of the District SP and Jharkhand Police to investigate it.
ED asked for many documents
During the interrogation of Chief Minister Hemant Soren by the ED, the famous face in the corridors of power Prem Prakash and two AK-47 weapons recovered from his house were also questioned. In reference to Prem Prakash, he had said that he does not know him and Jharkhand Police is probing the AK-47 weapon recovery. On many questions asked by ED officials, Chief Minister Soren said that he did not have any information. According to the information received from the sources, during the interrogation, several documents were demanded by the officials from CM Hemant Soren, which he has also been instructed to submit.
Conspiracy to destabilize the government
At the same time, Chief Minister Hemant Soren had described the action of the investigative agencies in the state as politically motivated. There was a conspiracy to destabilize the current government. CM Soren blamed Governor Ramesh Bais for giving protection to the conspiratorial party and responsible for the current political situation and said that the Governor talks about the explosion of Atom bomb and here the raids of ED and Income Tax Department start in the state.
